When I installed the Intel GM graphics driver, I get an error in the device manager stating that it can’t find enough free resources that the device can use. I removed all the old driver software from the old conrroller and made sure to install the new chipset and device drivers and all took very well except for 1.

A version of win supplied by the PC maker with their PC is an OEM version and as such can only be installed on identical hardware Primarily cga motherboard. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread.

Dell Latitude D630 laptop video card drivers
I had a friend give me a Latitude D and I put my hard drive in it and it booted. Smith Created on May 9, How satisfied are you with this response? Did this solve your problem? However, a device is a device and there are drivers available for the hardware from the manufacturer which is exactly where I got the drivers from.
I’m not understanding the BIOS lock from system to system though. Dell, for your model doesn’t supply win7 drivers, and as its a laptop the individual hardware makers drivers, eg graphics wont work either. The thing is on that hard drive you got all of your drivers that were on your Compaq go into the driver settings and update the driver and it should install a driver for your dell latitude d Can you elaborate on that a little bit for me please?
